[1] Application for approval of an enterprise agreement, known as Single Enterprise Collective Religious institutss of Queensland 2012 (the Agrement). The application was made pursuant to the Fair Work Act 2009. It was done by All Hallows` School Limited; Brigidine College Indooroopilly; Downlands College, Iona College Limited; Lourdes Hill College; Mount Alvernia College Limited; Mt St Michael`s College Limited; St Rita`s College Limited; Padua College Limited; St Ursula`s College Limited; Stuartholme Schule; trustee of the Christian Brothers (Queensland); St. Ursula`s College, Toowoomba; Loreto College Coorparoo; the agents of the Marist brothers; and Villanova College Limited. The agreement is a unique enterprise agreement. [2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of Ss186, 187 and 188 that are relevant to this application for marketing authorization is met. [3] In accordance with Act 183, the Independent Education Union, the United Voice, the Australian Federation of Education and the Queensland Nurses Union, as representatives of the negotiations for the agreement, have indicated that they intend to Agrement to cover them.
